1. Shipping Coverage
NIVIOMA delivers to over 20,000 pin codes across India. We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your "Clinically Safe" products reach you securely and on time.
2. Shipping Charges

3. Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your natural goodness to you as fast as possible:
- Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
*Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also track your package through the "Track Order" link in our footer using your Order ID.
5. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video. Contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue immediately.
